Blanca Oliver

Blanca has the credentials, experience and education to effectively run the people’s court. Her 20-year career in the legal field includes extensive experience in landlord/tenant disputes and evictions, contract matters, and criminal law issues. In her present position, she routinely participates in mediations and testifies in state and federal court hearings nationwide. Blanca earned a Psychology degree from TWU and a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution from SMU. On a daily basis, Blanca engages with people from different backgrounds, cultures, socioeconomic status and experiences. She is known for being a peacemaker and leading with courage. 


Blanca is a bi-lingual, naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Mexico. Her family consists of four children and her home is also a host home to an international student from China.
