Paul Abel Motz is the Republican candidate for Judge of Bell County Court At Law No.1 for the election cycle of 2022.
Paul is running to bring efficient and consistent hearing of cases involving probate, guardianship, landlord/tenant, and eminent domain law for the residents of Bell County.
Paul is 50 yrs old and has been practicing law for 20 years. He is licensed in the State of Colorado, State of Texas, and the federal Western District, including Ft. Hood. His legal career experience includes working as an Assistant District Attorney, defense attorney, and appointment as Special Prosecutor.
Paul has a heart for service. He serves on the Board of Directors of four nonprofits including the Bell County Bar Association, Killeen-Heights Rotary Club, Temple Founder’s Lions Club and C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Bell and Coryell Counties. He was elected GOP Precinct Chairman in 2020.
